How Do I Assign Email Notification Subscriptions To My Users?

My team requires email notifications for critical updates that occur in the CRM system.

Environment

Kipu CRM, Roles: Super User

Resolution

Utilize the Notifications & Settings section to assign email notifications to each user for particular events/actions that occur in the CRM.

Please follow the step-by-step instructions below to assign email notifications to users.

    1. Navigate to Admin > Security > Manage Users.
    2. In the User Management grid, Locate your desired user by searching by name or email.
    3.  Select the user in order to trigger the focus panel to appear.
    4. Select the Notifications & Settings tab.
    5. In the Notifications & Settings tab, scroll down to the email notifications area.       
    6. Select the Email Notifications field, and a list of email notification options will be displayed.
    7. Once the desired email notifications have been selected, select Save Changes.

Important
Moving forward, the user will begin to receive email correspondences whenever these specific events or actions occur in the Kipu CRM.
