My team requires email notifications for critical updates that occur in the CRM system.
Environment
Kipu CRM, Roles: Super User
Resolution
Utilize the Notifications & Settings section to assign email notifications to each user for particular events/actions that occur in the CRM.
Please follow the step-by-step instructions below to assign email notifications to users.

- Navigate to Admin > Security > Manage Users.
- In the User Management grid, Locate your desired user by searching by name or email.
- Select the user in order to trigger the focus panel to appear.
- Select the Notifications & Settings tab.
- In the Notifications & Settings tab, scroll down to the email notifications area.
- Select the Email Notifications field, and a list of email notification options will be displayed.
- Once the desired email notifications have been selected, select Save Changes.
- Navigate to Admin > Security > Manage Users.
Important
Moving forward, the user will begin to receive email correspondences whenever these specific events or actions occur in the Kipu CRM.
