Assign Referral Source Contacts to the Referral Source for individuals who are part of the referral source organization. Such contacts provide CRM users with additional ways to reach out to the organizations and people within their network.
Important: Creating the appropriate referral source contacts allows both the primary and secondary contact relationship managers to receive credit for referrals in their My BD Pipeline.

Creating Referral Source Contacts
Let's review how to create Referral Source Contacts.
- Navigate to CRM > Business Development > Referral Source.
- Select the Referral Source.
- Choose Referral Contacts from the quick panel.
- Click on the + Add Contact button.
- Complete the required fields. Note that required fields can change according to your organization's requirements.
- Click Save Changes to add the contact.
