Issue
I need guidance on how to delete Treatment Opportunities.
Environment
- Product: Kipu CRM
- Roles: Super User, Combined +, Combined (Admissions and B.D.)
- Treatment Opportunities
Important
If a third-party biller manages you, it is possible you will not see these roles available for your tenant. Please contact support for more assistance.
Resolution
- Using the Global Search bar, search for the desired patient record.

To view all available search parameters that can be used in the Global Search Bar, click here.

Select the search result to access the patient record.

The patient record will appear on screen. Select Treatment Opportunities on the left-side panel.
- Select the Treatment Opportunity you would like to delete to access its record.

Select the Delete icon to initiate the deletion process.
- A confirmation prompt will appear. Select Yes to proceed with deleting the record.
- The treatment opportunity has been successfully deleted. The user will be presented with the current list of opportunities on file for the patient record, streamlining any further edits that may be needed.
