I would like to get a list of CRM fields that automatically update whenever a corresponding field on the EMR facesheet is changed.

Resolution
For a complete list of the CRM fields that automatically update whenever a corresponding field on the EMR facesheet is changed, please see below:
- Patient First Name
- Patient Middle Name
- Patient Last Name
- Date of Birth
- Gender
- Social Security Number
- Sobriety Date
Important
For the auto-sync update functionality to work as expected, the treatment opportunity must be transferred to the EMR and contain an admission date and MR(medical record) number. If the Patient has been discharged, no further updates will flow into the Kipu EMR for that record.
