Issue
My Outlook stopped communicating with the CRM and I would like to reconnect them.

Resolution
If the Outlook integration is no longer tracking your emails in the system, please contact CRMsupport@kipuhealth.com to request a clearing of your token to reset the integration. Once your user token has been cleared, please perform the steps outlined below to re-enable the integration.
- Visit https://www.kipucrm.com/#!/main/graph.
- Select Authorize Kipu CRM.
- The sign in modal will appear. Enter your email address and password when prompted.
- Follow all prompts that appear, making sure to click Accept.
- Lastly, select Create Subscription.
Important
After completing the outlined steps above, email tracking should resume in approximately 24 hours. If additional assistance is needed, please contact CRM Support.
