Microsoft Outlook Email Integration Guide

  • Updated

The integration between Microsoft Outlook and Kipu CRM enables seamless synchronization of email communication directly within the Kipu platform. By linking staff Outlook accounts with the Kipu CRM, emails can be automatically associated with corresponding patient records and referral sources. This ensures all correspondence—whether related to admissions, treatment coordination, or referral follow-ups—is securely documented and easily accessible.

Important Notes

At step 21 Kipu Support will be provided the Client ID, Tenant ID, and Value.

After the initial integration, all users who would like to integrate their emails accounts will only need to complete steps 22 through 25.
