The Kipu CRM integrates with Call Tracking Metrics to send call records to the CRM Call Queue. It also allows organizations to track and manage calls to and from the facility in the Kipu CRM directly, and to generate new patients, patient contacts, and referral sources.

A Kipu CTM Webhook URL
- Please contact CRMsupport@kipuhealth.com to request your webhook URL to support this integration.
Configuring Integration

To begin, log in to your Call Tracking Metrics account (https://app.calltrackingmetrics.com/login).
- Select Settings > Integrations from the left panel.
- Use the search bar to locate Webhooks then select Settings.
- Click New Webhook to create the first of two webhooks required for this integration.
- Fill out the following fields as seen below:
- Name: KipuCRM Pre-call
- Description: Webhook to capture call record upon initial ring
- Trigger: When an activity is received [start]
- Callback URL: Input the CTM webhook URL provided to you by the CRM Team

Request Body Type: Log Data
- Select Save Changes.
- Return to the Webhooks Area and click New Webhook to create the second required webhook.
- Fill out the following fields as seen below:
- Name: KipuCRM Post-call
- Description: Webhook to capture all data once the call has ended
- Trigger: At the end of a call/form/chat, once all data has been captured [end]
- Callback URL: Input the CTM webhook URL provided to you by the CRM Team
- Request Body Type: Log Data
- Select Save Changes.
Your Kipu CRM is now officially integrated with your Call Tracking Metrics account!
