The Jotform integration enables users to manage webform submissions directly in the Kipu CRM, making it quicker and easier to add patient records.
Requirements
- An active CRM tenant
- An active Jotform account

A Kipu Jotform Webhook URL
- Contact CRMsupport@kipuhealth.com to request your webhook URL to support this integration.
Connecting Jotforms to Kipu CRM
- Visit the Jotform website and log into your account.
- Select My Forms to view all webforms present in your account.
- Then click Edit Form on the webform you would like to integrate with the Kipu CRM.
- Note: Hover your mouse over the desired webform to view your options.
- Select Settings.
- Select Integrations. Enter Webhooks in the search bar and select the integration.
- Then enter the Kipu Jotform Webhook URL in the Ad WebHook field. Click Complete Integration to finalize your changes.
- Select Publish. Copy the form ID found on the Link to Share field.
- Send the copied form ID to the Kipu CRM support team.
- Note: The form ID will be used to connect the Jotform webform to the Kipu CRM and allow webform submissions to populate in the form queue.
