Quick Action Icons

Use the quick action icons to create patients, schedule meetings and appointments, create quick entries, manage tasks, and view SMS messages with a single click.

Quick Add Patient

  1. The add patient icon allows users to quickly add a prospect/lead into the system from anywhere in the CRM.

  2. Be sure to confirm the patient doesn't already exist in the system by using the search bar, and select New Patient.

Admission Calendar

  1. The admissions calendar icon opens the Admissions Calendar, where users can schedule appointments and meetings.

Quick Entry

  1. The quick entry icon allows users to quickly add prospects/leads, VOB Actions, or Contacts into the system while simultaneously creating a new treatment opportunity on their file for swift processing.

  2. This feature is often used by business development staff members to input referrals on the fly.

Tasks

  1. You can access all your tasks by selecting the task icon at the top of the screen.

  2. You can quickly identify the task assigned to you, set your progress percentage, create a new task, and quickly complete tasks.

SMS Notifications

  1. The icon provides users with a quick and easy way to see any unread SMS messages that your CRM tenant has received.
