Issue
A new update has been applied to the CRM but has not yet taken effect. How do I make the changes appear?
Environment
Kipu CRM, Roles: Admissions Worker, Combined (Admissions and BD), Combined +, Super User
Resolution
To get access to the latest CRM Release, you'll need to perform a hard refresh. A hard refresh clears the browser’s cache, which allows the browser to load the most recent version.
Please note: If you still don't see the update, you may need to complete a full cache clear. Click here to learn how to clear your cache.

There are three ways to perform a hard refresh:
- Press F5
- Hold down Ctrl and press F5
- Open the Chrome Dev Tools by pressing F12.
- Once the Chrome dev tools are open, select the Network tab and check the Disable cache box.

Afterward, right-click on the Refresh button to access the drop-down menu. Select Empty Cache and Hard Reload.
