How To Configure The URL Click & Request Timeout Expressed in Hours Configurations?

Issue

I need to configure the following tenant configurations to support my organization's usage of the Assessments: One-Time Use URLs feature:

  • URL Click Timeout Expressed in Hours
  • URL Request Timeout Expressed in Hours

Environment

Kipu CRM, Roles: Super User, Tenant Configurations

Resolution

  1. Hover your mouse over Admin and select Tenant Configuration.
  2. Select Add Configuration.
  3. In the Select a Configuration Type field, search & select the URL Timeout Expressed in Hours configuration.
  4. Using the URL Timeout Expressed in Hours field, input the number of hours you would like this configuration to adhere to.
  5. Select Save Changes to enable the configuration.
  6. You will be returned to the Tenant Configuration grid. Select Add Configuration.
  7. In the Select a Configuration Type field, search & select the URL Request Timeout Expressed in Hours configuration.
  8. Using the URL Request Timeout Expressed in Hours field, input the number of hours you would like this configuration to adhere too.
  9. Select Save Changes to enable the configuration.

Important
If no URL Timers are configured, the Assessments: One-Time Use URL timers will default to 48 hours.
