Which Objects/Fields Can Be Mapped In The Form Queue Integration?

I need to know what objects can be mapped into a patient record.

Environment

Kipu CRM, Roles: Super User, Patient/Prospect Records

Resolution

Mappable fields can be found by navigating to the Form Mapping Area.

  • Navigate to the Form Maps area. CRM > Organization> Tenant>Tenant FormStack Maps
  • Select Create New Map.
  • Click into the Add a map field.

Use the scroll bar to view all available mapping fields.
