How Can I Map Countries to The Form Queue? (Gravity Forms)

Issue

I'm looking to correctly configure the Country field mapping for my form queue integration. This is crucial for ensuring accurate address generation when converting webform submissions to prospects in the CRM.

Environment

Kipu CRM, Roles: Super User 

Resolution

1. Log in to your Wordpress account which contains the Gravity Forms integration.
2. Navigate to your Forms page using the navigation Panel on the left hand side of your screen.
3. Select Edit on the form you would like to update. 
4. On the right-side panel, in the add fields section, choose the drop-down field type and drag it to your desired question location.

   

5. Enter your desired Field Label. Example: "Country:".
6. Select Edit Choices from the panel on the right-hand side of your screen.
7. Enter the country options in the Label column making sure to use their formal country name.  
8. Select Save Form.
9. Navigate to the Settings tab and choose Webhooks from the drop-down menu.
10. Identify the appropriate CRM Webhook and select Edit.
11. Using the scrollbar, scroll down to the Field Values area.
12. Identify the last Field and select the + icon on the right side to add a new field.
13. On the left-side field, create a Key of your choosing. No special characters are allowed. On the right-side field (Value), select the field from the webform that this key corresponds too.
14. Select Save Settings.
15. Return to the Kipu CRM. Navigate to CRM > Organization > Tenant > Tenant Formstack Maps.
16. Locate and select the relevant Tenant Form Map tied to the webform you are configuring Country mapping for.
17. Using the Add a Map Field, select the Address Country Object.
18. Paste the Key that corresponds to the country field you added to your webform.
19. Select Save.
