The Progress Bar functionality for opportunity statuses aides facilities by providing more insight into the current progress of each prospective client within the pre-admission process.
Setup/Configuration
- While logged into your Kipu CRM tenant, navigate to Admin > Preferences > Manage Opportunity Statuses.
- Next, select the Edit icon.
- Locate your desired opportunity status on the list, then click on the Show icon.
- The progress field will appear once the opportunity status is shown. Input your desired percentage value and select Set %.
- Once you have finished setting your desired percentage values, close the modal.
Setting Opportunity Statuses
Once your opportunity statuses are configured with their corresponding percentage value, you can use them in your treatment opportunities. A progression bar will display directly on the treatment opportunity modal.
On the Admissions Pipeline grid, the Opportunity Status column will contain a
progression bar displaying the percentage value tied to each opportunity in the process.
