For patient records, CRM users can customize the displayed data points in the Contacts section overview. This enhanced customization empowers organizations to tailor their patient records.
Customizable Section Feature
Here, you can modify the data points you want to appear in the Patient Contact section.
- Use the global search to access the patient record.
- Select Contacts from the left-side panel.
- Select the context menu icon.
- The system will show all available data points that can be configured to appear in the record.
- Select the checkbox on any of the data points present to remove the column(s) from the record.
- Once you have completed configuring the columns, select Save Columns.
- Proceed to select the context menu icon to remove the column options from your view.
- The Contacts area will now only show the selected columns.
Important: The modifications made through this application will only be visible to the user who initiated them. Furthermore, these changes will be reflected across all patient records in your CRM tenant.
