Prospect/Patient Records Grid: Quick Action Capabilities

The prospect/patient records grid provides CRM users with numerous quick-action capabilities to streamline workflows and enhance productivity within the system.

Right-Click Quick Actions

Upon a user right-clicking anywhere within the grid, they will have the following options:

    • Open Patient Profile: When selected, the user will be taken to the patient information section of the record.
    • Add Opportunity: Triggers the new treatment opportunity modal to appear on the screen allowing the user to quickly submit a new inquiry for treatment under the patient's profile.
    • Add Patient Communication Log: When selected, the user will be presented with the patient communication log modal allowing them to quickly document an interaction that occurred related to the patient.
    • Add Patient Contact: When selected, the user will be presented with the Patient Contact modal allowing them to seamlessly create a new contact on file for the patient.
    • Create Task: When selected, the user will be presented with the Task Information modal allowing them to create a task tied to the patient's record quickly.

Focus Panel Quick Actions

  1. Please take a look at the information section on the available quick actions included in the focus panel.

Patient Information Tab

  1. The action menu displays additional options when on the patient information tab.

  2. Quick Action Options: 
      • Open Patient Profile: When selected, the user will be taken to the patient information section of the record.
      • Manage Uploads: When selected, the user will be presented with the manage files modal allowing them to upload any relative files to the patient record.
      • Create Task: When selected, the user will be presented with the Task Information modal allowing them to create a task tied to the patient's record quickly.
      • Add Insurance: When selected, the user will be presented with the Patient Insurance modal allowing them to easily create a new insurance set on the patient's record.
      • Add Communication Log: When selected, the user will be presented with the patient communication log modal allowing them to quickly document an interaction that occurred related to the patient. 
  3. Quick Action Options:

    • Open Opportunity: When selected, the user will be taken to the treatment opportunity admission details screen.
    • Edit Opportunity: When selected, the user will be presented with the Edit Treatment Opportunity modal granting them the ability to modify any information present. 2025-03-06_13-28-23.png

Insurance Details Tab

  1. The insurance tab displays to additional quick action options when in the insurance details tab is selected.

Quick Action Options

    • Open Insurance: Directs the user to the detailed Patient Insurance Information associated with the insurance record.
    • Edit Insurance: When selected, the user will be presented with the Patient Insurance modal tied to the associated insurance record allowing for seamless modifications.
    • Instant VOB: Triggers an instant VOB to be performed on the associated insurance record.
    • Phone VOB: Triggers a phone VOB request to be sent to the VOB 2.0 application.
    • Outside VOB: Triggers the email distribution modal to appear allowing users to quickly send the associated insurance details to an outside billing company. 

Activities Tab

  1. Quick action available activities options.

  2. Quick Action Options:
    • Add Communication Log: When selected, the user will be presented with the patient communication log modal allowing them to quickly document an interaction that occurred related to the patient. 
    • Add Note: When selected, the user will be presented with the Patient Note modal allowing them to quickly create a note tied to the patient's record. 

Assessments Tab

  1. Refer to the assessments section for additional quick action options.

  2. Quick Action Options:
    • Select an Assessment to Answer: Upon selecting your desired form template, it will be automatically associated with the treatment opportunity.
    • Answer: It triggers the form template to appear on the screen, allowing for seamless assessment completion.
    • Delete: Removes the assessment from the patient's record.
