Issue
I need to unlock several records in the form queue as they are currently locked.
Environment
Kipu CRM, Roles: N/A | Grids
Resolution
1. To unlock records in the form queue, navigate to CRM > Admissions Management > Queues > Form Queue.
2. Select the record with the red lock icon in the grid, then right-click on it. From the menu choose Unlock Records to remove the lock.
Important: The green lock indicates a file you are currently viewing, while a red lock means the file is locked by another user.
