The opportunity denial report will display all treatment opportunities that have a facility decision set to no. The date range filters all query results based on the opportunity creation date.
Accessing Report
- Analytics > Opportunity Reports > Opportunity Denial Report.
Creating Report
- Within the opportunity denial report, hover the cursor over a specific section to reveal the Action Menu.

Selecting the action menu will display the menu prompt below. Select the vertical action menu to access the list of column preferences.

Once the menu is displayed, select or deselect items to filter out information in the grid.

You can filter items out by date by selecting the filter icon.

A menu will appear where you can select the desired dates. Once you have chosen the date range, select Ok to apply the filter.
Exporting Report to Excel
Right-click on any record within the grid to access a menu, then click Export > Export to Excel/CSV.
