The Inbound Referral Analytics dashboard provides a detailed overview of inbound referrals from various sources, segmented by month and aggregated to present treatment opportunities. This dashboard tracks key metrics such as the number of referrals in process, accepted, rejected, declined, and referred. By visualizing this data, organizations can efficiently manage and analyze referral sources and their outcomes, facilitating informed decision-making and performance optimization.
Note: The data refresh process for BI analytics will occur every 5 hours.

The user Profile must have access to Referral Analytics.

Accessing BI Report
- Navigate to Analytics > Kipu BI > Inbound Referrals.

- The following filter controls are available for your use in the Inbound Referrals Dashboard:
- Referral Source: Used to filter referral data based on specific referral source accounts.
- Referral Source Group: Used to specify a particular referral source group for analysis.
- Organization Type: Filter reporting based on the specific organization type tied to the referral source.
- Primary Relationship Manager: Examine referral data based on specific primary relationship manager(s).
- Backup Relationship Manager: Examine referral data based on specific secondary relationship manager(s).
- Patient Full Name: Used to filter inbound referral data based on specific patient records.
- Opportunity Create Date: Select the date range of opportunities you would like to analyze.
- Proposed Facility:
- Time Zone: Designate a specific timezone for the system to adhere to for all date/time values presented in the dashboard.
Visualizations
Important: Drill-down functionality is available for all users by simply clicking on any elements present in the reporting widgets.
