The Referral Source Contact Analysis dashboard is a valuable tool for evaluating the effectiveness of your referral sources. This dashboard provides detailed insights into the total number of patient leads generated by each referral source contact. By analyzing this data, organizations can identify high-performing referral sources and optimize their outreach strategies. Accessing BI Report
- Navigate to Analytics > Kipu BI > Referral Source Contact Analysis.
Analysis Tab
*Provides analysis on the total number of patient leads by referral source contacts. To view all Referral Sources, make sure to "Select All" on the Opportunities Control. Select "Yes" to show only Referral Sources with a Tx Opportunity. Select "No" to show only Referral Sources without a Tx Opportunity.

- Patient Name: Used to filter the data based on specific patient records.
- Organization Type: Used to filter the data based on the specific organization type that the referral source is classified under.
- Referral Source: Used to filter the data based on specific referral sources that are present in your system.
- Contact Name: Used to filter the data based on the specific referral source contact that facilitated the referral.
- Referral Source Status: Used to filter the data to showcase only active or inactive referral source records.
- Classification: Used to filter the data based on the specific RS classification that is applied to the referral source record.
- Effective Date: Used to filter the data based on the effective date documented on the referral source record.
- Opportunity Create Date: Select the date range of opportunities you would like to analyze.
- Opportunities: Used to filter the data to display referral source records that do not have any associated treatment opportunities.
- Time Zone: Designate a specific timezone for the system to adhere to for all date/time values presented in the dashboard.
- Proposed Facility: Used to filter the data based on the specific proposed facility documented on the treatment opportunity.
- Tag: Used to filter the data based on the specific tag that is applied to the referral source contact record.
