Referral Source Communication Activity Report

The referral source (RS) communication report provides an outlook into the communication that has occurred with referral sources and organizations.

Accessing Report

1. Select Admin > Communication Log Reports > Referral Source Communication Activity.
   
2. You can click and drag the columns to reposition them in the grid state.
   

Managing Report Grid

1. Select the action menu to adjust the columns in the grid.
   
2. Clicking the sort icon will allow you to add or remove the organization type from the grid state.
   
3. Clicking the ellipses will allow you to remove columns from the grid state.
   

Exporting Data

1. Right-clicking on the grid will allow you to export the data to Excel for additional reporting and data extraction.
