Kipu BI: Campaigns and Marketing

The Campaigns and Marketing dashboard equips marketing users with valuable insights into their initiatives. It tracks opportunities generated at both the campaign and marketing event levels, details associated costs, and provides acquisition percentages. These features help businesses effectively evaluate and reconcile their marketing expenditures, ensuring a clearer understanding of their return on investment.

The refresh process for the BI analytics will occur every 5 hours.

Accessing BI Report

  • Navigate to Analytics > Kipu BI > Campaigns and Marketing.

Filtering Results

For a complete breakdown of the available filters present on this dashboard, please see below.

  • Campaign: Used to filter the data based on the specific campaign in which the opportunity was generated from.
  • Marketing Event: Used to filter the data based on the specific marketing event in which the opportunity was generated from.
  • Actual Admit Date: Used to filter the data based on the specific timeframe in which the admission occurred.
  • Opportunity Create Date: Used to filter the data based on the specific timeframe in which the treatment opportunity was created.
  • Time Zone: Designate a specific time zone for the system to adhere to for all date/time values presented in the dashboard.

Visualizations

  • Opportunities by Campaign: This widget provides an overview of the total number of opportunities generated for each campaign. It allows users to assess the effectiveness of their marketing efforts by tracking how many potential leads each campaign has produced.
  • Opportunities by Marketing Event: This widget provides an overview of the total number of opportunities generated for each marketing event. It allows users to assess the effectiveness of their marketing efforts by tracking how many potential leads each event has produced.
  • Cost by Campaign: This widget displays the total costs associated with each unique campaign currently in the system. By providing a clear overview of expenditures, users can effectively analyze the financial impact of their campaigns and make informed budgeting decisions.

Important
Please note that the total cost of the campaign is determined by aggregating the costs of each marketing event associated with it.

  • Cost by Marketing Event: This widget displays the total cost associated with each unique marketing event currently in the system. By providing a clear overview of expenditures, users can effectively analyze the financial impact of their marketing events and make informed budgeting decisions.
  • Campaign Referrals: The widget provides an overview of campaign referrals, offering insights into marketing performance. It tracks referral statuses (accepted, rejected, in process) and overall acquisition percentages, enabling users to evaluate their marketing effectiveness and make informed decisions for future campaigns. The clear presentation of this data simplifies monitoring and analysis of campaign outcomes.
  • Marketing Event Referrals:The widget offers a concise view of marketing event referrals, showcasing metrics such as the status of referrals (in process, accepted, rejected, etc.) and overall totals. It also includes acquisition percentages for each event, helping users evaluate the effectiveness of their marketing strategies. This tool enables easy analysis of marketing performance, facilitating informed decision-making for future initiatives.
  • Referred Through Detail Data: The widget displays detailed referral data, including patient information and associated opportunity statuses. It allows users to track various metrics such as patient IDs, marketing events, and the status of each referral, which can range from complete to incomplete or declined. By consolidating this information in one place, users can efficiently monitor the referral process and analyze outcomes, enhancing their ability to manage patient care effectively.
  • Campaign and Marketing Referral Report: This widget summarizes patient referrals linked to various marketing campaigns and events. It includes key details such as patient names, insurance information, and referral statuses (accepted, declined, in process). This report enables users to evaluate the effectiveness of their marketing strategies, supporting better decision-making and enhanced patient engagement through consolidated referral data.
  • Referred Through Detail Data: This widget offers insights into patient referrals, including essential details such as patient IDs, full names, insurance information, and the status of each referral. It tracks various metrics, such as the types of insurance plans and referral statuses, enabling users to monitor progress through different stages. This comprehensive data facilitates effective management of patient referrals and enhances the understanding of how each referral is progressing through the system.

Important
To accurately credit a referral to a marketing event in the system, the “Referred Through” field on the corresponding treatment opportunity must be designated as a Marketing Event. This designation is essential for ensuring precise tracking and reporting of marketing effectiveness.
