BI Analytics Refresh Time

Data Refresh

When you view your dashboards, the numbers you see aren’t updated instantly. Instead, the system updates (or “refreshes”) data a few times each day on a set schedule. Here’s how it works:

  • The BI/Analytics data is not real-time. The CRM refreshes four times a day, Monday-Saturday, with incremental refreshes where applicable. On Sundays, a full refresh happens to ensure all data is cleaned up and accurate.

Data Updates

The CRM updates 4 times each day:

  • 03:30 AM ET
  • 08:30 AM ET
  • 13:30 AM ET
  • 18:30 AM ET

After each CRM update, the dashboards in BI (Business Intelligence) are updated about 30–40 minutes later.

Note:

If a call entry is updated at , this data will not appear in the BI repository until the refresh and will flow into the dashboard dataset at about .

Another example: if a call entry is created at , this data will appear in the BI data warehouse the following day during the refresh and into the dashboard at about .

What This Means for You

Your dashboards aren’t real-time. There will always be a short delay between when something happens in the CRM and when you see it in your reports. Typically, you’ll see new or updated data about 30–40 minutes after the next refresh cycle starts.
