The Opportunity Analysis dashboard provides CRM users with key insights relative to the pre-admission process at their facility. Users can leverage this dashboard to analyze key opportunity data and improve efficiency within the organization.
Note: The refresh process for the BI analytics will occur every 5 hours.
Accessing BI Report
Navigate to Analytics > Kipu BI > Opportunity Analysis.
Filtering Results
To filter the results of your dashboard, utilize the Controls tab.
- Patient Name: Select the desired records.
- MR #: Select the desired medical record numbers.
- Facility: Add or remove facilities as needed.
- Opportunity Status: Select your preferred opportunity statuses to analyze.
- Pipeline Flow: Choose your preferred pipeline flows.
- Care Coordinator: Select any desired care coordinators.
- Opportunity Create Date: Select the date range of opportunities you would like to analyze.
- Actual Admit Date: Specify a specific admit date range to analyze.
- Treatment Type: Choose specific afflictions to analyze.
- Interested In: Specify desired treatment services to analyze.
- Facility Accepts: Choose a desired decision response.
- Is Admitted: Choose to analyze admitted vs. non-admitted records.
- Opportunity Tags: Select any desired opportunity tags.
- Opportunity Priority: Choose your preferred priority.
- Patient Classification: Select any desired classification tags.
- Time Zone: Change the time zone.
Important: Data from the refereed through tracking report takes about 3 hours to update.
Opportunity Analysis
- Average Opportunity Age in Days: Average age of your treatment opportunities
- Total Number of Opportunities: Total number of treatment opportunities present
- Number of Active Opportunities: Total number of active treatment opportunities in your tenant
- Opportunities Admitted: Total number of admitted treatment opportunities
- Opportunity Tags: Current opportunity tags in use.
- Opportunities by Priority: Total number of treatment opportunities broken down by Priority
- Patients by Classification: Total number of patient records broken down by classification
- Opportunities Created by Date: Total number of treatment opportunities broken down by year
- Opportunities by Care Coordinator: Treatment opportunity data is broken down by Care Coordinator, including insights relative to admits vs. closed opportunities.
- Opportunities by Status: The total number of treatment opportunities that fall under each given opportunity status
- Opportunity by Status and Percent: Pie chart visualization displaying the total percentage of treatment opportunities by opportunity status
- Opportunity Treatment Types: Pie chart visualization displaying the total percentage of opportunities broken down by treatment type
- Opportunity Interested In: Pie chart visualization displaying the total percentage of opportunities interested in broken down by opportunity type
- Notice of Decision Accepts vs Declines: Stacked bar graph visualization displaying decision data broken down by month
- Unique Opportunities Associated with Insurance by Insurance Company: Total number of treatment opportunities broken down by associated insurance company
- Opportunities by Payor: Treatment opportunity attribution data broken down by payor (In Process, Accepted, Rejected, Declined, Admitted, Acquisition %)
- Opportunities by Referred Through: Treatment opportunity attribution data broken down by referred through type (In Process, Accepted, Rejected, Declined, Admitted, Acquisition %)
- Opportunities by Pipeline Flow: Total number of treatment opportunities categorized by pipeline flow displayed month over month
- Opportunity Details: Detailed breakdown of all treatment opportunity data corresponding to the filters set on the dashboard.
- Assosciated Primary Insurance: The name of the primary insurance company direcly linked to the patient current opportnuity ID.
- Primary Subscriber ID: The policys identifier for the Associated Primary Insurance.
- Associated Secondary Insurance: The name of the seconday insurance company linked to the patients current opportunity ID.
- Secondary Subscriber ID: The policyholders identifier for associated secondary insurance.
- Historical Primary Payor: The name of the primary insurance companies that the patient has or had recorded in our system. This field displays the complete history of primary policies associated with the patient over time, whether actve or not, and is not necessarily linked to a specifc opportunity.
Important: For Patient Data to successfully appear in Kipu BI reporting, the record must contain a valid DOB. We recommend utilizing 01/01/1900 or earlier if the actual DOB is not known.
