The Instant VOB analysis dashboard gives organizations access to metrics for eligibility checks made across the system and presents essential statistics, including Instant VOBs categorized by user, payor, status, and other relevant factors.
Note
The refresh process for the BI analytics will occur every 5 hours.
Required Permissions: The user profile must have VOB Analytics group access
Accessing and Filtering the BI Dashboard
Use the following steps to navigate to the BI Dashboard.
- Navigate to Analytics > Kipu BI > Instant VOB Analysis.
Filtering on the BI Dashboard
Once you're on the dashboard, there are a number of filters you can use to refine the information displayed.
- Select the arrow icon to collapse all available filtering options.
- Utilize any desired filter control by clicking its corresponding field.
- Input any applicable filter settings for the desired data point.
- Click on area outside of the filter drop-down to apply the settings. All widgets on the dashboard will display data according to the filters you set.
Note
Users can left-click on any data points in the reporting widgets to view filtering behavior.

Each widget provides you with different information breakdowns.

Instant VOBs by User: Visualization of the total number of instant VOBs requested by the user.

Instant VOBs Requested by Month: Visualization of the total number of instant VOBs requested month over month.

Instant VOBs Requested by Day of Week: Visualization of the total number of instant VOBs requested by day of the week.

VOBs by Status: Visualization of the total number of instant VOBs requested broken down by status in pie chart format.

Instant VOBs by Status: Visualization of the total number of instant VOBs requested broken down by status in line graph format.

VOBs by Payor: Visualization of the total number of instant VOBs requested broken down by payor.

Instant VOB Data: This widget provides a detailed view of each specific Instant VOB request made in the system, presenting them as individual line items.
