Why Can't My Team See the Tasks I've Created?

Issue

I have created tasks but other users cannot see them, how do I make them visible?

Environment 

Kipu CRM, Roles: Super User/Team Manager, Managing Teams

Resolution

This issue usually occurs because the users are not on the same task team. To see who can see tasks created by your team and to add new users to the team, please follow the steps outlined below.

  1. Navigate to Admin > Security > Manage Teams.
  2. In the Teams Setup page, locate and select a Task Team to see the current team managers and members list.  
  3. Any manager can click the Select a user field and choose the user(s) they want to add as a team member or manager. After choosing the user, select Add to add them to the team.

Cause

Users can't see tasks created by other users unless they are on the same task team.
