I Forgot My Password. How Do I Reset it?

Issue

I have forgotten my password and need to reset it.

Kipu CRM, Roles: Admissions Worker, Combined (Admissions and B.D.), Combined +, Super User

If a Kipu CRM user password has been forgotten, it must be reset from the login page using the Forgot your password link and follow the prompts.

Navigate to the login page address www.kipucrm.com.
Select Forgot Password.
Enter the email address associated with your Kipu profile and select Send verification code.
While keeping your current webpage open, navigate to your email provider open an email with the subject line Kipu CRM account email verification code, and copy the code.
Return to the Kipu webpage and paste the code in the corresponding field followed by selecting Verify code.
Enter your email and select Continue.
Enter New Password and Confirm New Password in the corresponding fields followed by selecting Continue.
When prompted, select OK.
Select Continue for any Error 404 messages.
Select Try To Relog Back In when you reach the Error message screen.
Once directed back to the Login screen, enter your email and new password followed by selecting Sign in.
You should now have been directed to the Kipu CRM Landing Page with your user name displayed in the upper right-hand corner of the screen.
