How Do I Reset My Grid State?

I need to reset the current state of my grid so that I can re-adjust my filtering, sorting, and column sets.

Environment

Kipu CRM, Roles: N/A | Grids

Resolution

The Grid State Reset feature is available in the following areas:

 

Admissions Pipeline

Call Queue

Patient/Prospect Records User Management
My BD Pipeline Referral Sources
VOB Queue Alumni Processing
Travel Board Campaign Management
Facility Records Tenant Manager
Tenant Payors Tenant Configuration
Form Queue Outbound Call List

For guidance on how to reset your grid states in the Kipu CRM, please refer to the steps below.

  • Navigate to the desired grid from the above list of options.
  • Right-click anywhere on the grid to display a menu of options.
  • Hover over Grid State to choose Reset.
  • The grid will return to its original default state in the system.
