I need to reset the current state of my grid so that I can re-adjust my filtering, sorting, and column sets.

Resolution
The Grid State Reset feature is available in the following areas:

For guidance on how to reset your grid states in the Kipu CRM, please refer to the steps below.
- Navigate to the desired grid from the above list of options.

Right-click anywhere on the grid to display a menu of options.
- Hover over Grid State to choose Reset.
- The grid will return to its original default state in the system.
