Why Can't The System Find My Account?

Issue

When attempting to log in to the CRM I get an error message that states the following: "We can't seem to find your account"

Environment

Kipu CRM, Roles: ALL, CRM User Login

Resolution

  • If you encounter the "We can't seem to find your account" message after attempting to log in to the Kipu CRM, this can be caused by any of the following scenarios:
    • The user has not completed the sign-up process for Kipu CRM
    • The sign-up method chosen may be incorrect. If a user registered using a social account option such as Google or Microsoft, they must consistently use that same sign-in method whenever accessing the system

Important
If you utilized either the Microsoft or Google methods when you originally signed up for the Kipu CRM, please utilize the applicable option in the Sign in with your social account section.
