Issue
I have associated an assessment with a treatment opportunity and now need to remove or disassociate that assessment from the treatment opportunity.
Environment
Kipu CRM, Roles: Super User, Combined Admissions, Admissions Worker, Admissions and VOB Worker with Reports
Resolution
To disassociate or remove an assessment from a treatment opportunity in Kipu CRM, follow the steps outlined below.
- Utilize the global search bar to search for your desired patient in the CRM.
- In the patient profile, navigate to the left-side panel and select Treatment Opportunities.
- Click to open the treatment opportunity from which you would like to disassociate or remove the assessment.
- Scroll down to the Assessments section to view associated assessments.
- Click the delete icon next to the desired assessment to disassociate it from the treatment opportunity.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Save Changes.
