Patient Alerts

The Patient Alerts feature within the Kipu CRM will allow users to manage critical patient notifications. Patient alerts are designed with a predefined list that will allow you to add optional comments, and assign the alert as needed.

Accessing Patient Alerts

  1. Use the global search to locate the patient record.

  2. Select the alert icon at the top of the patient record.

  3. Begin typing in the display to select from the list of available options.

  4. Select Save Changes.

  5. Once saved, the alert icon will flash and display a count of active alerts for the patient. Clicking the icon will allow users to view existing alerts.
    2025-03-21_10-42-48.pngImportant: If no alerts are present, the button remains inactive. This feature ensures that important patient information is easily visible and actionable. Notifications from the notification center can be created upon request to be sent to the patient.
