The Assessment Designer feature empowers users to add conditional logic-based questions to their assessment forms. This feature enhances relevance by tailoring questions to each respondent, ensuring that only relevant questions are presented.
Logic Types
| Logic Type | Description |
| Visible if | A feature in a form makes certain information or questions appear or become visible based on specific conditions or criteria. |
| Editable if | You need to change or edit specific questions only if certain conditions or requirements are met. |
| Required if | A part of a form that requires you to provide certain information only if specific conditions are met. |
Configuring Conditional Logic
- From the Template Designer, use the Select an Assessment to Edit field to search and select your desired form template.
- Choose the field where you would like to apply conditional logic.
- In the settings panel, scroll down to the Logic field and select it.
- Choose the desired logic type and click the edit icon.
- The logic modal will appear. Choose Select.
- Select the field of your choice to serve as the foundation for your logic.
- Next, select Equals. You will be presented with a list of available conditions.
- Select the desired condition for your logic.
- Choose the desired response to the selected condition.
- Select Apply.
- The logic applied will appear in the corresponding logic type field.
- To test your conditional logic settings, click Preview.
- Locate and respond to the applicable fields related to your conditional logic.
- Select Save Changes to preserve your logic settings.
- Repeat the steps above to apply further conditional logic to your form template.
