Assessment Designer

In the Template Designer application, users can easily manage their assessment templates and complete tasks such as editing, disabling, or even deleting existing templates.

User Requirements

Only users with one of the following roles can create and manage assessments. 

  • Super User
  • RB Client Super User
  • RB Client Super User with User Management
  • Kipu CRM Super User 
  • Combined (Admissions and B.D.)
  • Combined +
  • VOB Worker
  • Restricted Admissions Worker

Editing Form Templates

To edit the fields present in your form template, please review the steps below.

  1. Navigate to Admin > Designers > Assessment Designer.

  2. Use the Select an Assessment to Edit field of the Template Designer to search for and select the desired form template.

  3. Once the form template populates with your selection, locate the specific field you would like to modify.  
  4. When the desired field is selected, users can change the field type to any of the available options by selecting it from the field type dropdown list.
  5. Additionally, you can use the following options to modify the field: 
    • Duplicate: Selecting this option will create an exact copy of the chosen field. 
    • Required: Selecting this option means that the field must be filled out to finish the assessment.
    • Delete: Selecting this option will result in the field being removed from the form template.
  6. Once the desired edits have been made, select Save Changes to preserve your modifications.

Disabling Form Templates

Once you have identified a CRM form template that will no longer be used by your staff, follow these steps to disable it. 

  1. Navigate to CRM > Admissions Management > Assessment Designer.

  2. Use the Select an Assessment to Edit field in the Template Designer to search for and select the desired form template.

  3. Click on the End Date field in the left panel and enter your desired date.
    2025-04-04_16-22-02.pngNote: The end date you specify will mark the day when the form template is disabled and no longer accessible for your team. 
  4. Lastly, select Save Changes to update the template.

Deleting Form Templates

By following these steps, you can easily remove a CRM assessment template that was created by mistake or is no longer used by your organization. 

  1. Navigate to CRM > Admissions Management > Assessment Designer

  2. Use the Select an Assessment to Edit field in the assessment designer to search for and select the desired form template.

  3. Click on Delete at the bottom of the assessment designer.

  4. A Delete Confirmation prompt will appear. Select Yes to proceed with deletion.
