How do I set up certain fields in my assessment template to be marked as important?

Issue
I want certain fields in my assessment template to be marked mandatory/important.
Environment

Kipu CRM, Roles: N/A | Assessment Designer

Resolution

  • To begin, please navigate to Admin > Designers > Assessment Designer


  • Select the desired assessment under Select an assessment to edit:


  • Navigate to the desired question in the assessment designer so the question is now highlighted in amber.


  • Select the Other tab within the right-hand side setting panel


  • Select the Mark as Important option.


  • The field marked important will look like below when working on the assessment, as well as in the PDF.

Important
Fields marked as important, or highlighted in red, will only be visible when working on the assessment within the actual patient's record. Additionally, they will appear in the PDF.
