Smart Fields allow you to automate data population from different system sections into your assessment templates, improving efficiency. To pull Smart Fields into the Assessment Designer, follow these steps.
Environment
Kipu CRM, Roles: Superuser, Combined (Admissions and B.D.), Combined +, VOB Worker.
Resolution
To add Smart Fields into the Assessment Designer, follow the steps below:
- Navigate to Admin > Designer > Assessment Designer
- Select the Template you wish to edit or add the smart fields to.
- Click the 3 Dots at the bottom of the options provided.
- Scroll down, select the fields shown with the Magnifier Glass icon.
- After completing the Assessment, click the Save button located at the bottom left corner.
