The Alumni History dashboard offers CRM users essential data points related to Alumni processing at their facility. This dashboard allows users to enhance organizational continuity by analyzing patient status changes and monitoring communication logs, ensuring the effectiveness and efficiency of Alumni program efforts.
Note: The refresh process for the BI analytics will occur every 5 hours.

The user profile must have access to Prospect Analytics.

Accessing BI Report
- Navigate to Analytics > Kipu BI > Alumni History.
Filter Controls
For a complete breakdown of the available filters present on this dashboard, please see below.
- Facility: Used to filter the data based on the Facility assigned to the patient record.
- Patient Name: Used to filter the data based on the Patient's name present on their chart.
- Actual Discharge Date: Used to filter the data based on a specific discharge date range relevant to the treatment opportunity.
- Discharge Type: Used to filter the data based on specific discharge types tied to the treatment opportunity.
- Current Patient Status: Used to filter the data based on the current status of the patient record. (Client, Discharged, Lead, Obsolete, Opts in for Alumni / Aftercare, Opts Out for Alumni / Aftercare, Patient, Prospect, Student, Unknown Lead)
- Comm Log Reason: Used to filter the data based on the reason documented on the communication log record.
- Time Zone: Designate a specific timezone for the system to adhere to for all date/time values presented in the dashboard.

Important: Drill-down functionality is available for all users by clicking on any elements present in the reporting widgets.

Current # of Alumni Records: This widget displays the current number of alumni records, segmented by patient status. The donut chart visually represents the proportion of patients who are discharged, those who opted in for alumni/aftercare, and those who opted out. The total count of alumni records is shown at the center, providing a quick overview of the data distribution.

Alumni History Status Changes: This table offers a current overview of changes to Alumni Patient Statuses, including details on when the changes were made, who made them, and other relevant patient information.

Alumni Outreach Communication Log Details: This table provides insights into patient communication logs categorized as Alumni Outreach, highlighting interactions between alumni coordinators and alumni clients.
