Patient Activities

  • Updated

The Patient Activity section houses all patient activities, such as call records, webform submissions, patient communication logs, patient notes, emails, and tasks tied to a patient.

You must have a prospect record on file before you can create an activity. See our guide How To Create a Prospect for detailed instructions.

Accessing Patient Activity

    • Call Queue: If any call-tracking software is integrated with your CRM instance, the Call Queue will house all call records associated with your tracking numbers. If you have questions about call tracking integrations, consult with your CRM Implementation specialist or contact CRM Support for more details.
    • Form Queue: Houses all relevant webform submissions associated to the patient record in the system.
    • Communication Logs: Contain the interactions that take place around a patient's file. Such as follow-up calls, texts, web chats, etc. to potential clients to schedule an assessment. The communication log will serve as the documentation portion of the interaction.
    • Patient Notes: Here you can find any notes that have been documented on the patient's file.
      • Note: These notes are exclusively part of the patient or prospect's CRM records and will not be transferred to the EMR.
    • Email: If your facility has integrations with Outlook or Gmail with the CRM, this section will show all email correspondence related to the prospect record.
      • Note: If you have any questions about email integration, consult with your CRM Specialist for more details.
    • Tasks: Houses all the related tasks associated with the prospect.
  4.

Toggling each section on and off will allow these sections to appear in the activities section of the patient record.
