Discussion Section for Referral Source Communication Logs 

We've broadened the scope of patient discussions to include referral source comm logs. This enhancement allows you to mention (@) CRM users directly within discussions, triggering notifications for streamlined collaboration and communication.

Context Menu in Patient Contact Table 

We've enhanced our context menu, previously exclusive to referral source contacts, extending it to patient contacts. This update empowers users with personalization options, allowing for the hiding or revealing of columns based on what's most relevant to them.

Outbound Call List [Beta]  

The Outbound Call List feature, currently in Beta, revolutionizes patient outreach by enabling easy compilation and management of call lists directly from the patient page. With a workspace that presents crucial details, users can track calls, mark completions, and note interactions efficiently. This tool offers a streamlined method for enhancing your communication strategy with patients.

February Enhancements

EMR Integration Enhancements 

We've enhanced CRM integration with Kipu EMR, ensuring that the referral source organization name is now passed directly to the full name field in the EMR contact list when no existing contact is found for that organization. This update bridges gaps for smoother integration and a more comprehensive view of patient information.

System and Interface Upgrades 

These enhancements are designed to streamline your workflow, provide greater system consistency, and expand your operational capabilities. 

  • Vertical Scaling and Header Alignments: All grids now feature 100% vertical scaling, ensuring consistency across the system with perfectly aligned headers. 
  • Email Marketing Reset Authorization: Gain more control with the ability to reset authorizations in Email Marketing, enhancing security and flexibility. 
  • On Call Schedules Redesign: On Call Schedules have been revamped with a new design pattern, offering an intuitive and streamlined user interface. 
  • Expanded Payment Options: We've broadened your transaction capabilities with the addition of new payment method values, facilitating more diverse financial transactions.
