May Sprint 1

  • Customize Lists: The Organization Type list has been updated to include new options for better classification of Referral Source records. The new options are Assisted Living Facility, Independent Living, and Skilled Nursing Facility.
  • Custom Page Layout: The Patient page configuration in the Custom Page Layout application has been updated to include the "Outbound Call List" section. This enhancement allows users to customize the placement of the Outbound Call List in the patient records, improving workflow flexibility and efficiency.
  • Email Notifications: The label for the "Opportunity Sent for Medical Decision" email notification has been changed to "Opportunity Sent for Medical Review" to reflect better the action taken. Additionally, the subject line of the email notification has been slightly modified to for clarity. 
  • Event Host Contacts: The Event Host Contact table now includes a new "Contact Name" column, enhancing organization and clarity. Removing the "Organizational Contact" column streamlines the display for better focus on essential contact details. Additionally, users can now leverage show/hide functionality for increased customization, offering flexibility in managing their view preferences in the table.
  • Facilities: The Service Clone application in Facilities has been updated to Material Design and ES6, offering an improved appearance and enhanced code maintainability.
  • Tasks: The Task modal has been upgraded to support the creation of recurring tasks, providing users with enhanced task management capabilities in the system.
  • Tasks: The Due Date field on task records now restricts users from selecting due dates one year from the current date. This ensures task deadlines remain manageable and realistic.
  • Tasks: Task records now feature an automatic deletion policy - tasks will be automatically deleted one year after their creation date. This enhancement promotes improved data storage practices and helps maintain optimal site performance.
  • Tenant Configurations: A new tenant configuration, "Use Calendar to Schedule Assessment Workflow," has been added to the system. This feature allows users to customize and control their workflow for scheduling assessment appointments.
  • Tenant SMTP: The tenant SMTP feature has been updated to remove the requirement for the Domain field. This enhancement broadens the availability of the feature, allowing organizations using free SMTP services to benefit from it.
  • Treatment Opportunities: A new field for "Initial Assessment Date" has been added to the Treatment Opportunity record, enabling users to seamlessly schedule assessment appointments.
  • Treatment Opportunities: The "Select to Associate" field in the Insurance List section of the treatment opportunity record has been enhanced. It now only displays insurance records that have not yet been associated with the current opportunity, making it easier to manage and link relevant insurance information.

May Sprint 2

  • Customize Lists: The Method of Payment list has been updated to include two new options: "Pro Bono" and "Grants." These additions provide users with more flexibility in specifying payment methods in the system.
  • Referral Source Contact Analysis: The Contact Details tab in the Referral Source Contact Analysis dashboard in Kipu BI now includes a new column and filter control for Contact Tags. This enhancement provides users with additional options to filter and analyze their data more effectively.
  • Tenant Configurations: A new tenant configuration, "Call Queue Create Marketing Event," has been introduced. This feature allows organizations to configure their Kipu CRM to automatically create campaigns and marketing events based on the data received from the call tracking provider.
  • Facilities: The Care Provider modal now includes Start and End Date fields, allowing users to deactivate Care Providers in the system. Additionally, the Care Provider table has been enhanced with an Active/Inactive toggle, ensuring a cleaner and more organized view.
  • Inbound Referral Report: The Inbound Referral Report has been updated to include a notification informing users that the legacy report will be removed from the system on July 1st, 2024. For convenience, a direct link to the alternative report in Kipu BI is provided.
  • Outbound Referral Report: The Outbound Referral Report has been updated to include a notification informing users that the legacy report will be removed from the system on July 1st, 2024. For convenience, a direct link to the alternative report in Kipu BI is provided.
  • Tasks: The character limit for task comments has been expanded to 2,000 characters, enabling users to document more detailed information. 
  • Tasks: The Task Center now includes a dedicated area for Recurring Tasks, enabling users to view and manage their recurring tasks in the system.
