December Sprint 1

  • Admissions Calendar: The Admissions Calendar now incorporates user schedules configured in the system, allowing it to display staff availability while scheduling appointments. This enhancement ensures accurate visibility of whether team members are available or unavailable, streamlining appointment coordination and improving scheduling efficiency.
  • Form Queue: The Form Queue application allows users to generate treatment opportunities for existing patient records linked to web form submissions. This improvement streamlines workflows by reducing manual steps and enhancing efficiency.
  • Settings: The Inactivity Timeout feature now supports a 10-minute interval, automatically logging out users after 10 minutes of inactivity. This update enhances security by reducing the risk of unauthorized access.

December Sprint 2

  • CallRail Integration: The CallRail integration with Kipu CRM now includes Call Transcription and Call Summary details, providing users with deeper insights and better context for call interactions. Please note, that this feature requires users to obtain the Premium Conversation Intelligence plan on their CallRail account.
  • Customize Lists: The Denial Criteria list has been updated to include a new option, “Redirect to Internal Facility.” This addition gives users greater flexibility in classifying and managing denial scenarios.
  • Customize Lists: The Call Queue Dispositions list has been updated with two new options: “Non-Viable Lead” and “Unqualified Lead.” These additions provide expanded classification options for call records, enhancing tracking and reporting capabilities.
  • Customize Lists: The Organization Type list has been expanded to include a variety of new classifications, providing users with enhanced flexibility and precision. The new options are: 30-Day Residential Treatment, 60-Day Residential Treatment, 90-Day Residential Treatment, 6-Month Program, Long-Term Residential (1 year or more), Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP), Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP), Outpatient Therapy (OP), Sober Living Homes, Halfway Houses, Three-Quarter Houses, Locked Psychiatric Facilities, Forensic Psychiatric Facilities, Codependency Treatment Centers, Trauma-Informed Treatment Centers, 12-Step Retreat Programs, Spiritual Retreats (Faith-Based Programs), Adventure or Wilderness Therapy Programs, Integrative Wellness Centers, Adolescent Treatment Centers, Young Adult Programs, and Gender-Specific Programs (e.g., Women’s or Men’s Treatment Centers). This update allows users to better align classifications with diverse organizational offerings and improve categorization accuracy.
  • Patient Records: The deletion functionality in the Patient Assessments area has been enhanced to automatically refresh the table after a deletion. This ensures that changes are reflected immediately, eliminating potential confusion.
  • Schedules: The Schedules application has been enhanced to be mobile-friendly, allowing users to conveniently review existing schedules on the go, improving accessibility and usability.
