These fields include Primary Relationship Manager, Secondary Relationship Manager, Contact Tags, Campaign Source, and Marketing Event Source, providing users with a streamlined and cohesive experience when managing referral source contact data.

Template Designer: The template designer application has been updated to introduce new smart fields designed to automatically populate information for the following fields related to the primary insurance record of the patient: Payor, Member ID, Group Number, Insurance Phone Number, Subscriber Name, Subscriber DOB, and Relationship to Patient.

Treatment Opportunities: The active/inactive dropdown list functionality for several fields in the treatment opportunity and decision areas have been enhanced to ensure consistency across the entire system. These fields include Opportunity Tags, Care Coordinator, Assigned Clinician, Priority, Decision Documented By, Decision Communicated By, Planned Discharge To, Actual Discharge To, and Referred Patient To, providing users with a streamlined and cohesive experience when managing opportunity data.

Admissions Pipeline: The Admissions Pipeline grid now features a new column for Episode Closed Date. This addition records the date and time when an opportunity is set to a closed or completed status. Furthermore, the Episode Age (days) metric utilizes this information to provide an accurate age for each opportunity record.

Assessment OTU Links: The Assessment One-Time Use URL feature has been enhanced to include support for sending links to clients via SMS. This upgrade expands the range of communication methods available to reach patients effectively.
- Campaigns & Marketing: The Call Queue Integrations with Call Tracking Metrics and CallRails have been improved to enable the automatic creation of Campaigns and Marketing Events in the CRM. This enhancement is based on the data received from the call tracking provider, streamlining the tracking process.

This calculated value, obtained by subtracting the Opportunity Create Date from the patient's Date of Birth (DOB), is now associated with each opportunity record. This enhancement offers users enhanced reporting insights.
