June Sprint 1

  • Campaigns & Marketing: We have added hide/unhide functionality to several areas in Campaign records, including Notes, Communication Logs, Event Hosts, and Marketing Events. This enhancement significantly boosts customization capabilities for users, allowing greater control and flexibility in managing campaigns and marketing activities.
  • CRM Navigation: The Kipu CRM menu navigation has been refreshed to promote clearer and more logical navigation paths for our users. 
  • CRM Navigation: A new menu option for Tasks has been added, providing direct links to key task center areas such as Assigned Tasks, Created Tasks, Team Tasks, and Recurring Tasks. This enhancement ensures a seamless navigation experience.
  • Customize Lists: The form queue disposition list has been revamped to include new options: Sober Living, Seeking Higher LOC, and Business. Now, document your forms with enhanced clarity and precision.
  • Customize Lists: The Genre of Care list has been updated to include new selections: Corrections, Disability Services, Geriatric Care, Law Enforcement, Urgent Care, and American Sign Language (ASL). This update enhances the documentation of referral source records in the system.
  • Customize Lists: We have enhanced the Patient Status list by introducing a new Student option. This update expands the classification options for patient records in the system, particularly benefiting organizations that cater to adolescent populations.
  • Integrations: The Google Analytics integration has been temporarily disabled as we await the API documentation for the GA-4 SDK from Google. A message has been added to the Google Analytics authentication page to indicate this status.
  • Kipu BI: A new Kipu BI dashboard, Opportunity Transfers, has been released. This dashboard provides CRM users with enhanced data insights related to their transfer activities to EMR.
  • Referral Source Contacts: The referral source contacts area has been enhanced with a new contact merge feature. This update allows users to eliminate duplicate contact records while preserving all key data that may be present.
  • VOB 2.0: The VOB 2.0 application has been enhanced to include the ability to Clone VOBs. This functionality allows users to easily duplicate historical phone VOB records, streamlining VOB processes for existing patients.

June Sprint 2

  • Grids: We have improved the export functionality across several key grids: Patient Records, Admissions Pipeline, and Referral Sources. These enhancements now allow the export feature to respect column visibility, current filters applied, and column order, making it easier to analyze data outside the system.
  • CRM Sign Up Process: The sign-up process for Kipu CRM has been updated to remove the social account options (Microsoft, Google). This change aims to minimize issues for new users, ensuring a smoother registration experience. Please note, existing users will not be impacted.
