  • Admissions Calendar: The admissions calendar now offers improved functionality, allowing users to effortlessly access related Patient, Patient Contact, and Referral Source Contact records through direct links associated with each appointment.
  • Analytics: The legacy Inbound and Outbound Referral reports have been removed from the CRM menu. Going forward, Kipu BI will serve as our primary reporting module for all analytics needs.
  • Assessment Designer: The header within the Assessment Designer area has been updated to match the label used in the CRM navigation menu.
  • Assessment Designer: The Assessment Designer application has been updated to include new smart fields to facilitate the pre-population of existing data: Billing Address Line 1, Billing Address Line 2, Billing Address City, Billing Address State, Billing Address Zip, Billing Address Country, Deductible, CoPay, Insurance Effective Date, Insurance Termination Date, and Insurance Category. Please note, the insurance-related smart fields will pull from the insurance record associated with the Phone VOB. In other cases, they will default to pulling Primary Insurance details.
  • CRM Configurations: The header within the Configurations area has been updated to match the label used in the CRM navigation menu.
  • Custom Email Templates: The Custom Email Templates feature has been enhanced to allow users to add contacts associated to the patient record. This minimizes the amount of manual data entry required, making it easier to send relevant correspondences to your desired recipients.
  • Customize Lists: The header within the Customize Lists area has been updated to match the label used in the CRM navigation menu.
  • Customize Lists: The Seeking Treatment For list has been expanded to include the following new options: Hallucinations, Homicidal Ideation, and Gravely Disabled.
  • Custom Tags: The header within the Tags area has been updated to match the label used in the CRM navigation menu.
  • Facilities: The facility location address verification prompt has been updated to Material Design for an improved appearance and better alignment with the rest of the system.

  • Form Maps: The header within the Form Mapping area has been updated to match the label used in the CRM navigation menu.
  • Message Designer: The header within the Message Designer area has been updated to match the label used in the CRM navigation menu.
  • Custom Page Layout: The header within the Page Layouts area has been updated to match the label used in the CRM navigation menu.
  • Patient Priority: The header within the Patient Priority area has been updated to match the label used in the CRM navigation menu.
  • Patient Records: The Phone VOB History area now utilizes 100% vertical scaling, ensuring a smoother appearance within the system.
  • Patient Records: The Race list has been updated to include a new option, “Middle Eastern or North African,” in compliance with the race categorization requirements established by the Office of Management and Budget (OMB).
  • Patient Classifications: The header within the Patient Classifications area has been updated to match the label used in the CRM navigation menu.
  • Patient Insurance Records: New enumerators have been created to help users easily identify the original position of an insurance record that has been versioned out. Please note, this will only affect newly versioned out insurance records at this time.
  • Pipeline Flows: The header within the Pipeline Flows area has been updated to match the label used in the CRM navigation menu.
  • Referral Sources: The Admissions Referrals crosswalk now includes a new category named “Uncategorized.” This category will display opportunities with the following statuses: Deleted by EMR User, Complete, Unknown/Maintenance, Complete, Patient in Detox, Dropped from Process, and Historical Data.
  • Referral Source Classifications: The header in the Referral Source Classifications area has been updated to match the label used in the CRM menu navigation.
  • Regions: The header in the Regions area has been updated to match the label used in the CRM menu navigation.
  • SMTP Settings: The header in the SMTP settings area has been updated to match the label used in the CRM menu navigation.
  • VOB 2.0: The VOB 2.0 application now allows users to edit key aspects of the Patient Record during the VOB assessment. Users can update Patient Information, Patient Billing Address, and Patient Insurance, enhancing efficiency and ease while processing phone VOBs within the system. Please note that any relevant smart fields within the form will auto-refresh to reflect any edits that have been made.
  • VOB 2.0: The VOB 2.0 application has been enhanced to support the capability of emailing Phone VOB assessments directly from the VOB focus panel, increasing efficiency. The email action is available under the Information and Files tabs.

  • CRM Configurations: The CRM configurations page has been enhanced with a context menu grid that includes show/hide functionality, providing users with increased customization and efficiency within the system.
  • Customize Lists: The Denial Criteria list has been expanded to include new options for documenting reasons in the system. The new options are: Miscarriage, UDS without Opioids, Referred Post Partum, Infant Medical Issue, Could Not Obtain Consent, Mother Medical Issue, Adoption, DCS Hold, and Hospital Provider Refused to Transfer.
  • Email Notifications: The subject and body of the Assigned Task email notification have been revised to more accurately reflect the action that has occurred.
  • Facilities: The Care Provider modal within the Facilities section has been redesigned for a refreshed and improved appearance.
  • Patient Records: The Residence Type dropdown list now includes a new option for “Structured Sober Living.”
  • Referral Sources: A new “Copy Phone Number” tool has been added to the referral source contact entity, streamlining the documentation of contact details.
  • Treatment Opportunities: The assigned clinician dropdown list has been updated to improve the selection process. Active clinicians are now sorted to the top of the list, while inactive clinicians are displayed at the bottom.
