  • Admissions Pipeline: The “Last Comm Log By" and "Care Coordinator” columns in the Admissions Pipeline grid now support multi-select filtering. This enhancement allows users to filter opportunity records more efficiently by selecting multiple criteria in the columns.

  • Analytics: The Patient Communication Activity report has been updated to utilize 100% vertical scaling to ensure all available screen space is used for a refined appearance on the site.
  • Analytics: The Referral Source Communication Activity report has been updated to utilize 100% vertical scaling to ensure all available screen space is used for a refined appearance on the site.
  • Analytics: The Call Queue Disposition report has been updated to utilize 100% vertical scaling to ensure all available screen space is used for a refined appearance on the site.
  • Analytics: The Form Queue Disposition report has been updated to utilize 100% vertical scaling to ensure all available screen space is used for a refined appearance on the site.

  • Call Queue: The Provider column in the Call Queue grid has been indexed and enhanced to enable users to filter and sort call records by different call queue providers. This improvement allows for easier identification and management of call records associated with specific providers.

  • Call Queue: The Locked By and Last Updated By columns in the Call Queue grid have been updated to support multi-select control filtering. This enhancement allows users to filter call records more efficiently by selecting multiple criteria in the columns.

  • Campaigns & Marketing: All sections in the inline view of a Campaign record have been updated to flatten the tables and remove padding, creating a more refined and consistent appearance with the rest of the system. 
  • CRM to EMR Events: The transfer to EMR feature has been updated to ensure the patient contact’s first and last names are accurately passed to the Kipu EMR, ensuring correct data flow to the EMR facesheet.
  • Customize Lists: A new preference type for “Plan Type” has been added to the Customize Lists application, enabling Super Users to manage and control the specific options available for selection.
  • Customize Lists: The Form Queue Disposition list has been updated to include “General Information” as a new option, enhancing form queue documentation practices in the system.
  • Form Queue: The Assigned To, Assigned By, Locked By, and Last Updated By columns in the Form Queue grid have been enhanced with multi-select control filtering. This update enables users to filter form records more efficiently by selecting multiple criteria in the columns.

  • My BD Pipeline: The columns on the My BD Pipeline grid—Last Patient Comm Log By, Last Referral Source Comm Log By, and Patient Care Coordinator—have been updated to support multi-select control filtering. This enhancement allows users to filter their records more efficiently by selecting multiple criteria in the columns.

  • Patient Records: The Treatment Opportunity area has been updated to ensure columns are consistently centered, left-aligned, and vertically centered, providing a cleaner and more refined appearance.
  • Patient Records: The Calendar appointment section in patient records will no longer appear if there are no appointments associated with the patient. Additionally, the description column is now limited to 400 characters for a cleaner and more streamlined display.
  • Patient Records: The Patient focus panel has been enhanced to allow users to view all calendar appointments associated with the patient’s record.
  • Patient Records: The Assessments area of the patient record has been updated to include show/hide functionality, giving users the ability to customize which columns are displayed. This enhancement offers increased control and flexibility over how information is presented in this area.
  • Patient Insurance Records: New plan type options—PPO-HRA, PPO-HSA, HMO-POS, and Cobra—have been added to the system, enhancing the documentation of patient insurance records.
  • Patient Records Grid: The “Last Comm Log By,” “Created By,” and “Assigned Agent” columns in the Prospect/Patient Records grid now support multi-select filtering. This enhancement enables users to filter Prospect/Patient records more efficiently by selecting multiple criteria in the columns.

  • Payor Administration: The Payor Administration area has been updated to use 100% vertical and horizontal scaling, maximizing screen space for a more streamlined and polished appearance.
  • Referral Sources: The Referral Source Contact area on mobile has been updated to remove the “Actions” and “Merge” elements from contact cards, resulting in a cleaner and more refined appearance.
  • Referral Sources: The Communication Logs section in Referral Source records has been updated to include show/hide functionality, giving users the ability to customize which columns are displayed. This enhancement offers increased control and flexibility over how information is presented in this area.

  • Referral Sources: The Email Log section in Referral Source records has been updated to include show/hide functionality, giving users the ability to customize which columns are displayed. This enhancement offers increased control and flexibility over how information is presented in this area.
  • Referral Sources: The Associated Call Queue Records section in Referral Source records has been updated to include show/hide functionality, giving users the ability to customize which columns are displayed. This enhancement offers increased control and flexibility over how information is presented in this area.
  • Referral Sources: All sections in the inline view of a Referral Source record have been updated to flatten the tables and remove padding, creating a more refined and consistent appearance with the rest of the system.
  • Tasks: Task functionality has been updated to restrict edits to group tasks that have reached any of the following statuses: Accepted, In Process, Rejected, or Completed. Image
  • Treatment Opportunities: The tables in the Treatment Opportunity inline screen have been updated to be unraised, and padding has been removed to create a more refined and flush appearance on the site.
  • User Management: The user profile focus panel now includes a new “Save & Send Invite” option, making it easier to streamline the process of inviting new users.

September Sprint 2

  • Admissions Calendar: The Admissions Calendar has been updated for improved responsiveness on mobile devices. In the Opportunity and Decision sections, appointment scheduling has been removed, allowing date selection via a date/time picker without triggering a modal. In the Patient Calendar Appointment table, clicking into records has been disabled, with appointments now displayed as read-only cards for a better mobile experience.
  • Bed Board: The Bed Board has been optimized for mobile devices, enabling CRM users to easily review bed reservations and occupancy while on the go for improved accessibility and convenience.
  • CRM Configurations: A new configuration allows Super Users to control the cascading order in which patient addresses are sent to the EMR, based on address type (Billing, Mailing, Physical). This enhancement provides greater flexibility in managing address priority during data transfer.  
  • Customize Lists: The Customize List application now includes a new preference type for “Subscriber Relationship.” This update empowers CRM Super Users to manage and customize the dropdown list for the Relationship of Patient to Subscriber field, providing greater flexibility and control over insurance-related documentation.
  • Customize Lists: The Customize List application now features a new preference type for “Insurance Category.” This enhancement allows CRM Super Users to manage and customize the dropdown options for the Insurance Category field, offering increased flexibility and control over insurance-related documentation. 
  • Kipu CRM: The Kipu CRM site banner has been updated to deliver a more cohesive and polished look, ensuring a unified appearance across the entire Kipu product ecosystem.
  • Patient Records: The Patient Status History Log has been updated with a modernized material design, enhancing its appearance and ensuring consistency with the overall look and feel of the site.
  • Patient Records: Several areas of the Patient Record user interface on mobile devices have been improved for a smoother user experience, including Patient Information, Calendar Appointments, Patient Address, Opportunities, and the Insurance List.
  • RCM Integration: The “Go to Avea” icon has been updated with a new logo, reflecting the rebranding of Avea Office to Kipu RCM. This change aligns with the latest branding updates for a seamless user experience.
  • Referral Source Contacts: The user interface for Referral Source Contacts on mobile devices has been refreshed, offering an enhanced appearance for a more user-friendly and visually appealing experience.
  • Treatment Opportunities: The Transfer to EMR modal has been enhanced with new toggles, allowing users to quickly select or omit all documents during the transfer process, streamlining the workflow for more efficient document handling.
