NEW Kipu Helix CRM Navigation

The Kipu CRM now has new navigation. The redesign is intended to increase workflow efficiency, reduce clicks, and allow you to access items based on organizational workflow.

Important: Not everyone will have access to the New Navigation. Contact CRM Support for more details.

Accessing Navigation Panel

  1. You can choose to toggle the new navigation view on and off from the top banner.

Navigation Categories

The new navigation now appears on the left side of the dashboard. Each category in the navigation panel includes core workflow-specific areas in the CRM.

  • People
  • Marketing
  • Admin
  • Analytics & Reporting

Intake & Admissions

The Intake & Admissions category includes the following sections: Queues, Pipeline, Verification of Benefits (VOB), and Admission Planning.

 

Select each tab below to learn more details.

  •  
    1. Select Queues to open the queues pipeline. 

    2. From the Queues Pipeline, you can switch between the call queue, outbound queue, and the form queue. 

  •  
    1. Click Pipeline to open the admissions pipeline.

    2. From the Admissions Pipeline, you can switch between the available opportunity status tags.

       

    3. Selecting Verification of Benefits will take you to the VOB Queue.

    4. You can manage all VOBs from the queue.

  •  
    1. Select Admission Planning to open the Bed Board.

    2. From the Bed Board section, you can set up the reservation for the patient prior before transmitting the chart to the EMR.

    3. You can also switch between the Transportation and the Calendar tabs in the section for a more efficient workflow. 

People

The People category has three main sections: Patients, Alumni, and Patient Merge.

Select a tab below to view details.

  •  
    1. Selecting Patients will take you to the patient's record grid.

    2. From the grid, you can continue your normal workflow by clicking on different statuses or by creating a new record.

    1. Selecting Alumni opens the Alumni Records grid.

    1. The Patient Merge section will take you to the Patient Merge feature.

Marketing

Marketing has two main sections. Referrals and Campaigns.

Select the tabs below for more details.

  •  
    1. Selecting Referrals will take you to the My BD pipeline.

    2. From the BD Pipeline, you can switch between the different referral sections in the CRM. For more information on Referral Sources, follow this guide.

  •  
    1. Selecting Campaigns will take you to the campaign management feature. For more information on campaign management, follow this guide.

Admin

The Admin section has five main sections.

  •  
    1. Selecting Security & Users will take you to the User Management section.

    2. From the User Management section, you can switch between multiple settings and configurations. Manage Users, Manage Teams, Manage IP Whitelist, and Tenant Configuration.

    1. Selecting Preferences will take you into the Preferences settings. Click on the tabs to navigate between Opportunity Statuses, Patient Classifications, Referral Classifications, Patient Priority, Pipeline Flows, Tags, and Customized List.

  •  
    1. Selecting System Settings will take you to the Regions settings.

    2. To access Schedules, Custom Page Layout, Merge Queue, Mass Update, Payor Administration, other settings, and configurations, click on one of the available tabs.

    1. Selecting Template Designer takes you to the assessment designer feature, where you can edit email templates and assessment templates.

  •  
    1. Selecting Integrations takes you into the Call Queue API and allow you to navigate between Email SMTP, Webhooks, and Form Queue Maps.

Analytics and Reporting

Analytics & Reporting has five main reporting metrics.

  •  
    1. Selecting Communication Log Reports will take you to the Patient Communication report. You can also switch to the Referral Source Communication report.

  •  
    1. Selecting Marketing Reports will take you into the Call Queue Disposition reports. You can also navigate to the Form Queue Disposition report.

  •  
    1. Selecting Opportunity Reports will take you into the Opportunity Denial Report.

  •  
    1. Selecting Referral Source Reports will take you to the Opportunity Denial Report. 

  •  
    1. Selecting Miscellaneous Reports will take you to the patient by county report. You can click each report type to switch between reports.
