Tenant Manager: The patient alias will now display in several areas in the CRM, and will show what the client has input in the tenant manager for the patient alias field. The patient alias change will now display in several grid states in the CRM. Pipeline grid, alumni grid, travel board, patient records, VOB 2.0.

SMS Notification: This is a new in-app notification that will go out when a new SMS comes in that you are subscribed to in your user profile. Once the patient replies to the SMS, it will display in the notification center.

Font Changes: The CRM updated the patient information page to use the new font style, the standard among all products. The changes will take effect in all areas of the CRM.

Form Queue: Within the form integration feature, you can now map the initial assessment date from the opportunity, which will write to the CRM calendar when a new record is created via the form queue. The initial assessment date is added as a smart field to assessments, so if a user adds it to an assessment, it will grab the most recent opportunity initial assessment date and prefill it.

Assessments: Once an assessment is transferred over to the EMR, there will be a toggle for active vs inactive assessments.

Patent Notifications:There is now a new patient notification feature within the system that will send notifications to the patients as long as the requirements are met. There must be a request to add the notification to the notification center.

Opportunity Status: Upon an opportunity status change, you can now auto-generate an SMS or Email to be sent to the patients.
