RS Communication Activity Report Update: The RS Communication Activity Report now includes a new column for Organization Type. This enhancement provides better context for communication entries and supports more detailed reporting and analysis.

Quick Entry Label Updates: The labels on the quick entry modal have been updated to be more descriptive and aligned with current terminology. This change improves clarity and usability when entering new data.

Task Modal Calendar Integration: Users can now schedule calendar appointments directly within the task modal. This feature streamlines workflows by integrating scheduling into task creation and management.

Custom Call Filters: We have created a new app for custom call filters. Similar to a custom pipeline flow setup, super users can set up call queue disposition grouped filters. Once created, the filters will appear at the top of the call queue. Users will have to view dispositioned records in order to see the call queue being filtered with the grouping.

Customized List Guide: We have now added race, gender, ethnicity, and marital status to the customized list application.

Assessment Designer: Within patient assessments, there is a new menu option on the assessments table to view the summary.

Opportunity Status: We have added a new in-process opportunity status called ETA Established.

Treatment Opportunity: Within a treatment opportunity, users can now associate a form queue record, utilizing the drop-down to associate. This is similar to associating call queue records with an opportunity.

Email Notification: We have updated the email notifications to now show the time zone based on the users' local time. Previously, it was in UTC.

Visibility Controller: Within the treatment opportunity visibility controller, referred through tags, has now been added as a field.

CRM Font Changes: As part of the Kipu One project to create a unified experience across all platforms, the CRM updated the patient information page to use the new font style, standard among all products.

Assessments Designer: The Initial assessment date has been added as a smart field to assessments, so if a user adds it to an assessment, it will grab the most recent opportunity initial assessment date and prefill it.

One-Time Use URL: When there are read-only fields in an assessment that is sent via a one-time use URL, the end user will see what is in the read-only fields and not be able to edit.

Template Designer Summary: Assessment responses are now transcribed in the summary section of each assessment response.
