June 2025 Release Notes

This release is being deployed to clients in stages and may not be available in your instance at this time.

  1. Referred Through: We've added a new enum for referred through types called WhatsApp.

  2. Field Alignment: In the treatment opportunity decision area, the patient information veteran field. The facility accepts no alignment issues are on the same row and not slightly misaligned. The veteran field is now aligned.

  3. Treatment Decision Date: The decision date will automatically populate the date when the staff or system selects the facility accepts yes/no. You can still change it if required.

  4. Update Landing Page: The set landing page functionality will be updated so that if a user sets a page as their landing page, when they click the KipuCRM icon on the navigation bar, it will take them to their set landing page. If no landing page is set, the system will use the traditional landing page. A new menu option will be added under the user profile for the CRM landing page.

  5. Form Queue: The form queue grid was updated to add organization name and organization type.

  6. Email Notifications: If the configuration is set to enable, this tenant configuration adjustment email notification will now say the user who made the change. The following notifications will affect this config: Referred Out (Referral Source Referred Out), Pushed to EMR (Notify When Opportunity Pushed to EMR), New Relationship Manager (Primary Relationship Manager Changed).

  7. Patient Status: A new value for patient status was added: Resident.

  8. Payment Method: A new method of payment was added: Bitcoin.

  9. Veteran Field Update: The veteran field will be updated so that Not a Veteran will be the first option. Then, the list will sort alphabetically.

  10. Visibility Controller: Within the visibility controller, there will new column to set values to run a validation check.

  11. Call Queue: The call queue modal can now edit the caller name field. There is a history button to easily see the changes to the caller's name.

  12. SMTP Servers: You can now create additional SMTP server profiles so I can select which SMTP I want to use for my drip campaigns.

  13. Alumni Processing: There is a new column for tags in the alumni processing grid called Client Tags.

  14. Associated Queue History: A new section will be created in the patient record displaying all associated call and form queue records.

  15. Form Queue Contacts: Within the form queue, the form queue modal will be updated to add a new option for Patient Contact.

  16. Associated Form Queue: Within a treatment opportunity, staff can now associate a form queue record by using the drop-down menu. This is similar to associating call queue records with an opportunity.

  17. Assessment Analysis: Ability to filter by Facility in the Responses tab.

  18. Call Queue Analysis: A new tab called Attribution was added for attribution analysis.
  19. Call Queue Progression: Corrected bug causing duplicate records in the Call Queue Progression Detailed Data table.
  20. Campaigns and Marketing: Added the Costs tab, which includes an overview of Costs by Campaign and Costs by Marketing Event.
    • The total marketing cost includes Fixed Cost + Variable Cost of Incoming Calls.
    • New charts and functionality:

      • Ability to filter widgets by Campaigns and Marketing Events' date.
      • Cost per Lead (CPL) and Cost Per Admit (CPA) by Campaign.
      • Cost per Lead (CPL)and Cost Per Admit (CPA) by Marketing Event.
      • Campaign and Marketing Event Opportunities Detail

      Updates to the Analysis tab:

      • Moved charts Cost by Campaign and Cost by Marketing Events to the Costs tab.
      • Removed the chart Campaign and Marketing Referral Report, replacing it with more comprehensive information in the Costs tab.

      Removed insurance-related information because it was resulting in opportunities where being counted more than once in instances where more than one insurance was associated with a patient, resulting in misleading metrics.

      Changes to opportunity statuses:

      • Added Other status to capture opportunities that do not meet a predefined status.
      • Relabeled Admitted to Accepted Admitted for clarification.
      • Relabeled Accepted to Accepted Not Admitted for clarification.
  21. Inbound Referrals: Changes to opportunity statuses:
    • Added Other status to capture opportunities that do not meet a predefined status.
    • Relabeled Admitted to Accepted Admitted for clarification.
    • Relabeled Accepted to Accepted Not Admitted for clarification.
  22. Opportunity Analysis: Corrected bug in pie chart Opportunities by Status and Percent in Analysis tab so that it shows the correct number and allocation of opportunities.

    New fields in the Opportunity Details chart in the Analysis Tab, Opportunities and Last Comm Data chart in the Opportunities and Last Comm Log Tab, and in the Opportunity Details chart in the Data with Insurance Association Only tab:

    • Associated Primary Insurance.
    • Primary Subscriber ID.
    • Associated Secondary Insurance.
    • Secondary Subscriber ID.
    • Historical Primary Payor.

    New fields in the Opportunity Details chart in the Analysis Tab:

    • Referral Source ID.
    • Referral Source Contact ID.
    • Added Other status to capture opportunities that do not meet a predefined status.
    • Relabeled Admitted to Accepted Admitted for clarification.
    • Relabeled Accepted to Accepted Not Admitted for clarification.
  23. Opportunity Denials: New Filters Added.
    • Denial Reason.
    • Decision Notes.
  24. Referral Activity: The Referral Source Tag was added as a filter in the dashboard and as a field in the Patient Data table.
  25. Referral Projections: The Referred Through Tag was added as a filter in the dashboard and as a field in the Patient Detail table.

    Changes to opportunity statuses:

  26. Referral Source Contact Analysis: The Effective Date of Referral Source Contact was added to the Referral Source Contact Analysis table.
  27. Referral Tracking: The Referral Source Tag was added as a filter in the dashboard and as a field in the Patient Data table.
