BD Analytics Dashboard: The RS Communication Activity Tab now features a new filter control for "Communication Log Present," offering options for All, Yes, or No.
- Call Queue: Filtering has been disabled on the following non-indexed columns in the call queue grid: Provider, Duration, and Latency.
- Call Queue: The Call Queue Notes field has been modified to support a maximum of 500 characters.

Campaigns & Marketing: The Campaign inline screen has been enhanced to display a header showcasing the name of the campaign you are currently examining.

Campaign Communication Logs: The layout of the Campaign Communication Log modal has been adjusted to closely match the standard communication log layout found throughout the system for patients and referral sources.
- Campaign Notes: The Campaign Note inline screen has been improved with the addition of a Delete icon and slight layout adjustments for an enhanced appearance.

Email Marketing Integrations: The Mailchimp, Constant Contact, and Active Campaign integrations have been updated to now receive Discharge Type from the Kipu CRM.

Event Hosts: The Event Host delete confirmation modal has been redesigned with a material design for a more polished appearance, ensuring consistency across the entire site.
- Facility Contacts: The facility contact address verification modal has been upgraded to material design ensuring greater consistency with other areas of the system.
- Grids: The business development grids (My BD Pipeline, Referral Source, Campaign, and Marketing, and My Marketing Pipeline) have been improved to use 100% vertical scaling, ensuring greater consistency with other grids in the system.

- Referral Source Communication Logs: The icons in RS Communication Logs have been rearranged, placing the Delete icon on the left and the Save Changes icon on the right, ensuring consistency with the rest of the site.
- Referral Source Contact Search: The Referral Source Contact Search page has been updated to include messaging to inform users that it will be retired on March 1st, 2024. We recommend all users begin leveraging the Global Search or Referral Source Contact Analysis report in the Kipu BI.
- SMS Conversations: The SMS conversations area has been modified to no longer include filtering functionality in the user interface.

- Webhook Streaming: The webhook streaming feature has been upgraded to begin detecting & posting data related to campaigns and marketing in the system.
